Meet the 2025 team

  • Vikki Lenola

    PRODUCER/ DIRECTOR

Vikki holds a bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo along with a Business diploma from a private college. She followed this with an Effective Altruism fellowship at UCLA focusing on effective animal advocacy.

Years ago, Vikki learned dress pattern drafting and sewing. She then created bridal headpieces and accessories by hand as an exclusive supplier for a bridal boutique in Cambridge, ON. Soon after she tried modelling instead, and went on to work with hundreds of brands as a model, brand ambassador, and influencer. Her endeavors have garnered press coverage by many of the world’s top news, business, fashion, and celebrity media. Today, she is the owner of her own public relations agency, Lenola PR (which sponsors PR for the show). All of these experiences help Vikki to understand the needs of brands and how to promote them.

Having been an organizer for PETA, she realized that many people were unaware of the ethical and environmental issues that come with exploiting animals for fashion… nor the alternatives available. A strong believer in offering a solution when pointing out a problem, Vikki found herself wanting to promote vegan fashion brands and innovative materials.

  • Delli Darvish

    STYLIST & MODEL COORDINATOR

Delaram (or “Delli” for short) Darvish is a dedicated Fashion Management student at George Brown College since September 2023, building upon her Bachelor degree in Fashion Design from Iran. She has honed her skills as a purchasing assistant for nearly a year and spent over two years as a designer and fabric maker at Sposa Meson, a renowned bridal meson in Iran.

Upon relocating to Canada, Delaram continued to expand her expertise by volunteering in visual merchandising and assisting with fashion shows. Recognizing the environmental impact of the fashion industry, Delaram embarked on a journey to explore sustainable fashion practices. Delaram is passionate about revolutionizing the fashion industry by promoting sustainability and ethical practices.

  • Jess Embro

    MODEL COORDINATOR

Jessica is inspired, engaged, and passionate about the vegan lifestyle – even her two rescue shepherd mixes are plant-based! She recognizes the lack of knowledge around the exploitative and harmful nature of the fashion industry and is driven to be part of the solution.

Jessica has been a sales professional for nearly fifteen years and has an interesting, diverse background of professional, educational, and volunteer experiences that make her an asset to any team. She has a degree in Marketing Management, a certificate in Plant-based Nutrition, and a background in performance arts, among other items.

Jess enjoys thrifting, long walks with her pups, scoping out new vegan recipes and eateries, and a well-earned pint at the end of long week. She has joined forces with the VFS to raise awareness around the plight of animals in our fashion world, elevate the brands that support more compassionate choices, and support Animal Justice (Canada’s only national animal law advocacy organization) while doing so.

Jess urges everyone to “Treat others (including non-human animals) as you would like (your dog) to be treated”.
